Fearless Digital Journey started because I kept meeting smart, talented people who felt like they were bad at tech. Almost none of them were. They’d simply been handed a setup that was never built for how they work.
These days we help solopreneurs and small teams get their time back, so they can spend it on the work they started for.
What we do these days
Sometimes it’s fixing a website that’s been quietly falling apart. More and more, it’s setting up a few AI teammates to handle the follow-up emails, the tracking and the busywork that piles up at 9pm.

Meet Jeffrey
I’ve been building things on the internet for over 20 years, mostly quietly, and mostly for people who’d rather not think about the tech. I’m the person who gets the call when something’s broken and nobody knows why. I like that call.
I live in Vancouver, Washington, with my wife and our cats. (The cats think they run the place. I’ve stopped arguing.) I test everything on my own business first, which has been humbling and fun in about equal parts.
